Rustem Khamitov: «Elections should be held in the competitive environment»

The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov positively estimated occurrence of new parties and strengthening of political competition prior to elections of deputies to the State Assembly RB.

“But it is impossible to cross the line and transform everything into adverse trends. It is necessary to estimate permanent positive development of the country and society and those moments, defects which are present in our life,” the President underlined addressing to active representatives of Bakalinsky, Buzdyaksky, Tuimazinsky, Chekmagushevsky and Sharansky regions.  “These parties too have the right to vote, the right to be presented in republican authorities. As a part of young parties there are a lot of smart, wise, vigorous people. It should be proved in competitive struggle that the best will represent the parliament.”

Rustem Khamitov also marked that elections were a difficult process. Addressing to the future candidates, the President of Bashkortostan underlined that the tasks in view should be solved teamwise.

“I think that in such well-consolidated conditions we will manage to solve much and to advance our republic forward. It is our responsibility,” Rustem Khamitov concluded.
