Rustem Khamitov examined a progress of ice arena construction in Tuimazy
The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov during his working trip to Tuimazy examined a progress of ice arena construction.
Construction of the sports facility was begun in 2010. The ice palace will include a universal arena with a covered skating rink, stands for more than 800 people, two gyms, locker rooms, showers, a medical aid post, a cafe. In total it was directed 330 million rbl. for the object construction. The funds were allocated by the charitable foundation of JSFC "Systema"
As acting deputy head of the region for construction affairs Fanil Khanov said, all works were on the schedule, the equipment was purchased and by September 1, this year the ice arena would open its doors for fans of winter sports.
“The city needs such sports complex and it must work without fail,” the President marked.
Rustem Khamitov also charged to calculate a possibility of self-sufficiency of the ice arena.
In Tuimazy the President met with active representatives of Bakalinsky, Buzdyaksky, Tuimazinsky, Chekmagushevsky and Sharansky regions.
Further Rustem Khamitov took part in planting of fur-trees in the Central park of Tuimazy where young people initiated a volunteer clean-up.
