From July 1 till August 15, 2016 in Russia the next All-Russia agricultural census will be spent. The corresponding Governmental Order of the country is already signed, agronews.ru informs.
The census will be spent as of July 1, 2016.
The Federal State Statistics Service is defined responsible for preparation and carrying out the census, processing of the received data, summarising, official publication, storage of census papers and other documents, methodological and financial support.
Preliminary results of the census are to be summed up in the fourth quarter of 2017, adjusted totals with their official publication — in the fourth quarter of 2018.
The previous All-Russia agricultural census was spent from July 1 till July 25, 2006. It covered 100 million of Russians and 47,5 thousand of large, medium and small agricultural enterprises and companies, and also 249,9 thousand farms, 31,4 thousand individual businessmen, 80,2 thousand noncommercial associations and 17 million 843,1 thousand personal part-time farms.
The census of 2006 became the first after 1920. Now, according to the law «On the All-Russia agricultural census» it should be spent not less often than once in 10 years.
