Deputy Chairman of the Central Election Committee RF spent a number of meetings in Bashkortostan

Stanislav Vavilov, the Deputy Chairman of the Central Election Committee (CEC) and  Sergey Vasilev,  the head of Directorate on Election Procedure Organisation of the Office of CEC RF are with a working visit in Bashkortostan.

On the first day of their visit representatives of CEC RF and the chairman of the Central Election Committee RB Haidar Valeev met with the Chairman of State Assembly RB Konstantin Tolkachev and discussed issues of coming autumn elections to the republican parliament.

As the press-service of the republican Central Election Committee informs, this very day a meeting with the Minister of Internal Affairs on RB Michael Zakomaldin took place. The parties defined measures on safety maintenance during preparatory work and on the day of voting at election districts.

Stanislav Vavilov and Sergey Vasilev visited the Museum of Parliamentarism and History of the State Assembly — Kurultay of Bashkortostan.

For today also a number of meetings is planned: with the mayor of Ufa, management of the Federal Migration Service Directorate. The visit will finish with a meeting with representatives of parties in CEC RB on April 17.
