Nominees for senior positions in Bashkortostan are selected by the Republican Centre of Human Resources Testing. About 100 candidates from 800 managed to undergo difficult procedure of testing. The Deputy Head of Presidential Administration RB Fidus Yamaltdinov said about it at the press conference in the regional office of "Interfax" agency. Thus, access to formation of the human resources reserve is given to all inhabitants of the republic.
The centre creation is only a part of manpower policy in the region. In June, 2012 the President of republic Rustem Khamitov set a task to generate a new concept of manpower policy based on openness and availability principles.
The program includes more than 50 actions and is meant for three years.
Fidus Yamaltdinov said that the similar system is already applied in Russia since 2009.
The Deputy Head of Presidential Administration RB referred to the problem of staff shortage for municipalities. In Bashkortostan there are 5800 state employees and 8400 municipal employees. Within a year about 2,5 thousand employees of the republic should pass various forms of training. Such work has already begun, but these figures are not reached so far.
Since February 24, lectures are read every Thursday. On April 1-2, courses for heads of municipalities of the republic were held.
The centre is intended not only for reserve formation of managerial human resources. It can be used also by federal bodies for selection of candidates.
