Large state orders should undergo a compulsory coordination procedure in Bashkortostan
The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov has confirmed the updated structure of the Coordination Commission on placing of orders at the republican Government. Representatives of Presidential Administration RB, heads and assistants to heads of republican enforcement authorities are included into it, the website of the Government RB informs.
The Coordination Commission is headed by the Deputy Prime-Minister of the Government RB Evgeniy Mavrin. The Deputy Prime-Minister co-ordinates activity of the State Committee RB on State Orders Placing.
According to Governmental Order RB, the state orders for delivery of goods, execution of works and rendering services for the sum from 50 million to one billion rbl. will be allocated now only after the coordination with members of the Coordination Commission. Orders, which sum will exceed one billion rbl. will be obligatory co-ordinated with the President of Bashkortostan or the person authorised by him.
Overall objective of such decision is the control strengthening over efficiency of budgetary funds usage, and also corruption prevention, maintenance of publicity and transparency of state orders placing.
