In August-September in Bashkortostan there is a high probability of increasing average long-term values of fire conditions. Such data are contained in the preliminary forecast of fire risk in forests of the Russian Federation for 2013. Till the specified period rather stable situation on forest fires is predicted across the republic.
Developers of this preliminary forecast for April-October, 2013 are "Avialesookhrana" federal institution and Hydrometeorological Centre of Russia. It is based on data of the long-term forecast of temperature and precipitation amounts, and also on long-term data about forest fire conditions in the regions of the country and results of their multidimensional correlation analysis.
According to the long-term forecast, from March till May 2013 on the Asian part of Russia fire hazards above average five-year norm is possible in southern areas of Irkutsk Region, the Zabaikalye Territory, in the south of Buryatiya, in Tyva, and also in Ingushetia, Kalmykia, the Volgograd Region and Krasnodar Territory. The separate droughty periods are possible in the Volga, Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk and Kurgan Regions.

It should be mentioned that in 2012 ES regime owing to forest fires was entered at once in 19 areas of Bashkortostan on August 9.
