Teachers – active workers of UNESCO from Bashkiria get acquainted with Scandinavia countries

The delegation of educational institutions representatives of Bashkortostan is in the countries of Finland, Sweden and Norway these days. The trip is organised according to the plan of the international projects of the Committee RB on UNESCO affairs within the limits of the international educational project «Professional competence in the European context». As the press-service of the Committee RB on UNESCO affairs informs, the delegation includes teachers of geography, biology and the English language, taking active part in the events of the regional Committee.

The program of a stay of Bashkortostan delegation in the countries of Scandinavia provides acquaintance with educational institutions and education system in these countries, and also visiting of objects of the UNESCO World Heritage, such, as Sogne-fjord — the Neroy-fjord (Norway), Drottningholm palace complex (Sweden), Sveaborg fortress (Finland). In the city of Uppsala (Sweden) it is planned a meeting with the head of the international ecological project «Life-Link» M-r Levander during which joint projects of cooperation of educational institutions of Bashkortostan and countries of the Northern Europe will be discussed.

Members of the Bashkir delegation will tell their foreign colleagues about history, culture and sights of our land.

The visit will last till March 27.
