The Embassy of the Lithuanian Republic in the Russian Federation plans the opening of visa centres in 14 cities of Russia. In the end of March — the beginning of April such centre will be opened in Ufa, the diplomatic department informs. The opening of the Lithuanian visa centre in Moscow is planned on March 14. Now the procedure of receiving entry visas to Baltic republics will be easier.
Applications can be submitted to the centre by an authorised person that is without personal presence and without long expectation. The visa centre will give all package of additional services — insurance, photographing, photocopying, printing out, courier services, SMS sending on visa granting, status monitoring of applications processing on the website of the centre, call-centre service. Services payment will be made in local currency, by banking cards or bank transfers.
Also a possibility to submit an application directly to the Embassy of the Lithuanian Republic in Moscow will remain.
