Since 2014 Kazakhstan will join electronic auctions of Russia-Belarus
Since January 1, 2014 Kazakhstan will join the interstate electronic auctions which participants are representatives of Russia and Belarus.
“The mechanism of mutual acknowledgment of electronic digital signatures allowed to provide a national procedure for potential suppliers of Byelorussia and the Russian Federation,” Nurlan Aldabergenov the minister of competition and antimonopoly regulation of Eurasian economic commission informed at the international forum in Ufa concerning electronic trade on February 27.
The developed mechanism in the shortest terms allowed mutual participation of potential suppliers of two countries in the state purchases spent at electronic trading platforms of Belarus and Russia, without large financial expenses from the part of business.
“We should go beyond the limits of the state. Similar work will be spent in 2013 and with Kazakhstan Republic that since January 1, 2014 to provide mutual participation of potential suppliers at electronic trading platforms of three countries. Accordingly, henceforth we will already have full freedom at the electronic auctions,” Nurlan Aldabergenov is convinced.
As the Minister marked, interaction of member states of the Customs Union and Common Free Market Zone reached whole new level now. Powers for many questions decision are passed now to the level of supranational regulations and are already successfully realised by the Eurasian economic commission.
