Housing construction grew by 14,3 percent in Bashkiria in January — Statistics
Housing construction in Bashkortostan in January 2013 grew by 14,3 %, in comparison with an indicator of January, 2012, informs the Bashkortostan Statistics Agency. At the expense of all financing sources 822 apartments were put into operation in the republic with the total area of 70,6 thousand square metres.
The volume of habitation commissioned by enterprises and organisations of the republic considerably increased, – in 3,6 times, to 21,4 thousand square metres. 19,8 thousand "squares" from them are many-storeyed houses.
Statisticians mark that the main volume of habitation still is accounted for individual builders, however in the general structure of housing construction their share reduced by 20,7 % — to 69,6 %. The population at their own expense and by means of credits constructed 458 apartment houses with total area of 49,2 thousand square metres (88,1 % by January, 2012).
From total amount of habitation 31,4 thousand square metres constructed in the republic are accounted for rural regions, 39,2 thousand square metres – for urban areas (99,5 % and 129,8 % to January, 2012, accordingly).
Among the regions of Volga Federal District Bashkortostan is on the third place on commissioning of apartment houses following the results of January. The absolute leader in the district is Tatarstan where for a month it was put into operation 381,1 thousand square metres of habitation, with growth by 56,8 % to January, 2012.
Bashkortostan takes of the seventh position on habitation commissioned in per capita terms.
