58,9 thousand rbl. per square metre is an average asking price in the Ufa market of ready habitation. Essential change in prices did not occur in January by data of the "Expert" Real Estate Agency.
In separate market segments the depreciation is marked. Thus, one-room apartments lost in price 1,3 %, two-room – 1,1 %. The cost of one square metre makes in them 62,2 thousand rbl. and 57,8 thousand rbl. accordingly in the beginning of February.
Three-room apartments rose in price (by 2 %) and multiroom apartments (by 1 %): to 56,5 thousand rbl. per square metre and 59 thousand rbl., accordingly.
As "Expert" Agency specialists mark, fluctuations of prices show, more likely, «statistical changes in the structure of sold objects», and positive market trend remains in the framework of «usual seasonal tendencies».
As of January 31, the quantity of offers in the market of the residential real estate of Ufa made 3442 apartments. Their average area is 64 square metres, the average asking price is 3780 thousand rbl.
