58 new kindergartens for 7300 seats were opened in Bashkortostan in 2012.
“25 new kindergarten buildings were erected in the Republic in 2012” – Minister for education RB Alfis Gayazov tells – “other 33 pre-school education institutions were opened in earlier re-profiled and returned to the network of kindergartens buildings, occupied by other organizations before. Thereby 7299 places were put into exploitation at 58 new kindergartens. Other 9706 places were opened due to alternative forms of pre-school education. As a result the queues to kindergartens became shorter two times – from 29008 to 14095 kids”.
The Minister has also mentioned that the “road map”, which presumes complete disappearance of the shortage of kindergarten places by the beginning of 2016, is worked up and already works in the Republic. In accordance with the republican goal-oriented program for development of pre-school education system in Republic of Bashkortostan in 2008-2013 it was originally planned to put 52 new kindergartens into exploitation in 2012. 58 kindergartens were opened de facto.
