The quantity of titles to farming land plots essentially increased in Bashkortostan.
As Igor Shelyakov, the head of the Directorate of the Federal Service of the State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography on RB informed at the final session on January 21, as a whole for 2012 it was registered over 47600 of such titles in the republic. In 2011 it was a little more than 31500.
According to Igor Shelyakov, it was promoted by applications of citizens for the state registration of titles to land plots, formed at shares splitting in the total land plot ownership.
The total amount of registration acts in 2012, in comparison with 2011, grew in Bashkortostan by 15 percent. Thus, last year Directorate registered about 839 thousand titles, restrictions (encumbrance) of rights and transactions with the real estate against over 732 thousand ones in 2011.
