Rustem Khamitov has taken part in conference call of Russian Government re state e-services
On January 18 the Chairman of the Government RF Dmitry Medvedev has held a video conference call concerning organization of step-by-step implementation of state and municipal services in accordance with the “one window” principle and concerning interdepartmental electronic interaction. The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov has also taken part in it, public affairs service of the President RB reported.
Opening the meeting Dmitry Medvedev has mentioned that the system of state services should be launched in every region.
“The main load on development of the network of multifunctional service centers is laid on the regions: every region has to form its own system of control of such complicated project. All expenses have to be planned in the course of the budget corrections – both regional and municipal. I’d like to underscore that the governors will be personally responsible for development of this project, really important for the absolute majority of our citizens, because all of us have to do with state structures in any case” – Dmitry Medvedev said.
The Chairman of Russian Government has also reported that development of the network of multifunctional service centers is important not just for big cities but for villagers too because they often have to go to the provincial centers for many kilometers in order to get necessary document. “It is really inconvenient and it mustn’t be so” – Dmitry Medvedev stated.
For the reference: the central office of the republican multifunctional service center was opened in Ufa in June 2012 and its field office in the town of Kumertau – in October. At present time both centers offer about 100 state (municipal) services to people. 70 multifunctional service centers are planned to be opened in Bashkortostan by 2014 and it will allow covering 95,5% of the Republican population.
