Three courts of Bashkiria (in Ufa, Yanaulski and Kyurgazinski regions) won the first place in the rating on informational openness of official sites of federal courts in Russian Federation.
The advisor chairman of the Supreme Court RB Elena Makushina reports the monitoring was being conducted in June-November 2012 by the Information Freedom Fund jointly with Russian Agency of legal and judicial information for disclosure of the main problems for provision of access to information concerning of activity of courts in Russian Federation. The Fund has examined 2198 official sites of district courts, 83 sites of provincial courts and the official site of the Supreme Court of Russia. The monitoring was devoted to placement of information, connected with counteraction to corruption and public control of the judicial system.
The Supreme Court RB won the 46th place in the rating of informational openness of official sites of provincial courts.
