Part of functions of the Russian State Register is assigned to a multiuse centre of Bashkortostan
At the beginning of 2013 powers on receiving and issuance of documents on state registration of rights to the real estate and supplying the information containing in the Uniform State Register (EGRP) of rights, are transferred to the state and municipal services multiuse centre.
For today the multiuse centre accepts documents for the state registration of rights both by appointment, and on a first-come, first-served basis. Inquiries on supplying the information containing in EGRP and in the State Cadastre of Real Estate are also accepted. Issuance of documents after state registration is also organized there.
Cases with title documents accepted by employees of the multiuse centre are directed to the state registrars of the Directorate of the Russian State Register for carrying out of legal examination and legality of transactions checking. After examination of documents and making records into the EGRP the cases are passed to the employees of the multiuse centre for their delivery to applicants, the press-service of Bashkortostan Directorate of the Russian State Register informs.
