Arrival of three national teams – the participants of the forthcoming world junior hockey championship-2013 expected on Thursday, December 20, and players of Russia, Germany and Switzerland will be the first, stepping on the Bashkir land.
The Czech team will join them the day after and other six teams will fly to Ufa on December 24 – the teams of Canada, the USA, Slovakia, Sweden, Finland and Latvia.
Along with the participants more than 100 scouts from Europe and North America will visit the championship. They will arrive daily beginning from December 25. Referees and their inspectors will arrive in Ufa on December 24.
Employees of TV-channel TSN – the official hostbroadcaster of the championship – will start arriving beginning from December 24. The broadcasts, prepared by this Canadian TV company, will be demonstrated all over the world.
Arrival of IHF representatives expected on 22-25 December and they will arrive by small groups.
More than 200 Russian and foreign mass-media representatives will cover the championship.
The capital of Bashkortostan will receive great number of fans and the group of fans from Canada expected to be one of the most numerous – more than 100 Canadian hockey-lovers will arrive on December 26 and 28.
The brand “Skoda” — an official partner of the championship, provided the organizing committee with 35 cars for servicing. Skoda cars with symbols of the championship on boards can be already met in Ufa streets.
