Bashkortostan takes the leading positions among regions of Russia on degree of openness and readiness for dialogue with investors. It was declared on December 4 in Ufa by the general director of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) Andrey Nikitin. At the next session of Public Council on Investment Climate Improvement at the President of the Republic he spoke about key directions of investment activity of Russia in 2013.
First of all the ASI head informed about formation of the new list of efficiency indicators of activity of the Government of Russia and the management of federation subjects which now passes a final stage of coordination.
“Here two very important indicators should be marked: it is dynamics of small and medium business development. And the second is an opinion of the most business community on efficiency of administration activity which too appeared for the first time in estimation indicators. And considering the degree of openness and readiness for dialogue which is displayed presently by the President of Republic and the Government, I think, that this indicator will be in the republic one of the best in the country,” Andrey Nikitin said.
Also he shared his opinion that Bashkortostan should define priority branches for the republic — and the faster the better.
President RB urged colleagues to take note of what Andrey Nikitin said.
“The work under the guardianship of Agency for Strategic Initiatives is of special value for us,” Rustem Khamitov underlined. “Fr om our part we try to work fairly, under those conditions which were defined, fulfilling all requirements or nearly all requirements which ASI sets in such activity.”
“Next year our work will be organised within the lim its of four blocks: it is an estimation of competitive investment potential of Bashkortostan, the region positioning, active search for investors and mechanisms of investment projects support,” Eugene Mavrin, the Premier-Minister of the Government RB declared.
