State Duma deputy from Bashkortostan Irshat Fakhritdinov has taken part in a meeting of the inter-parliamentary commission for cooperation between National Assembly of Armenia and Russian Federation Federal assembly, held in Erevan. Problems of cooperation of legislative Russian and Armenian bodies in sphere of youth policy were under discussion. The President of Armenia Serge Sargsyan has received the delegation of Russian Federal Assembly. Russian parliamentarians were meeting with residents of Armenia and visited the towns of Spitak and Echmiadzin.
“The agenda was quite burning – prospects of joint activity in sphere of youth policy. It means that legislative bodies of Russia and Armenia think not just of today but of relations between our countries in the future too” — Irshat Fakhritdinov stated, commenting upon the meeting’s totals.
The next meeting of the inter-parliamentary commission for cooperation between National Assembly of Armenia and Russian Federation Federal Assembly will take place in May 2013 in Moscow.
