TV-radio company “Bashkortostan” has won the VI all-Russian open journalist contest for the best coverage of national and cultural traditions by mass-media. The company has won the first place in the nomination “The cycle of radio broadcasts” for its cycle “Between Volga and Ural” and for the radio broadcasts “My Village” and “Lampshade”.
The Agency for the press and mass-media RB reports 739 works from 52 Russian regions have been chosen for participation in the contest. All works were examined by the jury under the chairmanship of the deputy chairman of the State Council of Tatarstan, the chairman of the Union of Journalists of Tatarstan Rimma Ratnikova.
Flower ceremony for the winners will take place in Kazan on November 28.
