Almost all Internet users know about existence of electronic tax services, however only two thirds from them personally received online services. Such are results of tax bearers’ poll concerning the quality of work of Bashkortostan tax bodies spent on the website of the republican Directorate of the Federal Tax Service.
From the beginning of current year more than 370 participants of the poll expressed their opinion on work of tax bodies of Bashkortostan Republic. About 70 percent from them were individuals, the remained percent approximately in equal shares fell on individual businessmen and legal bodies.
87 percent of respondents estimated work of tax inspectors as good. Four percent named it satisfactory, and nine — unsatisfactory. Thus the working hours of inspections were highly estimated by 88 percent of interrogated. Only six percent of visitors responded that had spent in waiting more than an hour. Comfort of staying in the tax bodies premises was highly appreciated by 77 percent of the interrogated, 17 percent responded that it was quite well in terms of comfort. Six percent of respondents were dissatisfied, the majority from which complained on lack of seats for expectation and quality of the information placed at the stands.
