Project “Vertical Flights” will help to make a staffing database of professionals

The federal project “Vertical Flights” will help to make a reserve of managers and to solve the problem with shortage of professionals in sphere of business. Presentation of projects with participation of the “Agency of strategic initiatives”, including the project “Vertical Flights”, has taken place in the news agency “Bashinform” today, November 14.

A member of the expert council under the Government of Russia, federal curator of the project “Vertical Flights” Sergey Gulyaev, acting rector of Ufa Academy of economics and service Natalie Solodilova, regional curator of the project Azamat Gubaidullin, representatives of business and education institutions RB have taken part in the conference.

The project “Vertical Flights” is approved by the supervisory board of the Agency of strategic initiatives under chairmanship of Vladimir Putin. Ufa State Academy of economics and service is determined as a regional operator of the project in Bashkortostan. The project will help to unite interests of enterprises and education institutions and to form an open database for the investors, coming to the Republic.

Specialists with higher professional education at the age of 22-40, small and medium business companies, financial organizations, local self-government bodies and other organizations may join the project.

The first training seminar to the theme “Future profession: competence-2030” has already taken place in Bashkortostan within the frames of the project and the themes “Academy of the XXI century: online management of higher education institutions and revolution of engineers”, “Road maps of innovational development of the region and technological heterogeneous economy”, “Top priority branches” and “Promising products” are chosen for the next seminars.

The term of education is 10 months. After the end of the training courses the information about participants will be sent to the Republican and federal personnel databases.
