The Ministry of Economic Development of Bashkortostan Republic and «Intellectual Property and Certification Institute» LLC concluded the cooperation agreement, having established thereby long-term relations in order to create in the region favorable conditions for development of investment activity in innovative sphere, patent and scientific activity, for searching foreign partners interested in development, acquisition and commercialization of innovative researches and workings out within the limits of the WTO.
The document was signed by the Minister Alexander Maryin and the director of the Institute Nail Suleimanov, the press-service the Ministry of Economic Development RB informs.
“The basis of society progress is the innovations which development is promoted by the investment activity providing economic growth. It would be desirable to see more perspective ideas to attract investors” Alexander Maryin marked.
“The main goal of this agreement is to decide the basic problem of investments attraction to the republic at the expense of technologies protection by patents. We see realisation of several tasks in cooperation with the ministry among which there is forming of mutual relations with "Skolkovo" fund on introduction, realisation of innovative technologies RB, and interaction with the Russian Agency for Patents and Trademarks in organisation of reception and processing of applications for prospective inventions by republican inventors directly in Ufa on the basis of the multipurpose centre,” Nail Suleimanov underlined.
