Indicators of social and economic development of Ufa for nine months of this year testify to positive rates of the real sector of economy development. Fr om the beginning of the year large and medium enterprises shipped production of own manufacture, executed works and services for 402,7 billion roubles. The capital of Bashkortostan provided 54,5 % of republican production output.
Such data Albina Yusupova, the deputy head of Ufa administration announced at the press conference in the capital mayoralty.
“The St.-Petersburg Institute of Territorial Planning "Urbanika" published results of research «Integrated rating of hundred largest cities of Russia» (Top-100). Ufa took the second place in the complex rating of 100 largest cities of Russia on living convenience. And among Russian million-cities Ufa showed the best result. The capital of Bashkortostan took the sixth place in the last year rating,” Albina Yusupova underlined.
According to the vice-mayor, Ufa remains attractive to investors. As of October 1, 2012 74 projects with volume of investments of more than 140,5 billion roubles are realised in the territory of the city district. The total quantity of created workplaces under investment projects makes 16,8 thousand. Besides, at the final stage of working out there are 40 projects with approximate volume of investments of more than 74 billion roubles, with creation of more than 8,5 thousand workplaces.
Albina Yusupova reminds that for potential investors on the official city website www.ufacity.info there is an investment passport of the city — «Iinvestor’s Atlas» which is constantly updated.
Now in the city there are 52997 entities of small and medium business (for the similar period of 2011 — 50536). Positive dynamics is marked in all kinds of activity wh ere small and medium enterprises are involved.
For nine months of the current year at the expense of all financing sources apartment houses were constructed and put into operation with a total area of 432,9 thousand square metres that makes 107,9 % to the level of the corresponding period of 2011. The share of the habitation put into operation by individual developers makes 46,8 %.
