TV-journalist Kipras Majeika:”We live in the epoch of informational blast”

“We live in the epoch of informational blast” – Vice-President of International Eurasian TV and radio Academy (MEATP) for regional development, the head of internet and radio-journalism chair, Professor of media-industry Academy Kipras Majeika said at the forum of TV- and radio-journalists, held in the news agency “Bashinform” – “All sources of information are opened and modern reporters have no time to invent a bicycle, when one can use something, what was already written somewhere. Besides, a TV-journalist should be interested in everything: from epidemic in Spain to the reduction of global production”.

During the two-day seminar “Strategic management in online mass-media” the experienced journalist was sharing the secrets of mastery with regional colleagues from municipal and non-state TV-companies. Talking to journalists Kipras Majeika admitted that “TV recently yielded its positions. Now the necessity in its recovery has ripened”.

During the seminar of TV-journalists the colleagues from all nooks of Bashkiria are discussing peculiarities in organization of work of municipal TV-companies, specifics of crews’ work and they will analyze some author’s topics, films and programs. The totals will be summed up during the round-table discussion, which participants will discuss the current situation in Russian media market and modern work methods. Flower ceremony for winners of the Republican contest of TV-journalists “Prime-Time” will also take place within the frames of the forum on October 30.
