Turkish investors expressed an interest in the hotel construction project in Ufa. Prospects of possible cooperation were discussed at the meeting in the city administration with the mayor of Ufa Irek Yalalov and the regional director of corporation Kayi Group on investment projects in Russia and the CIS Ali Perekli, the mayoralty press-service informs.
According to Ali Perekli, their company is engaged in construction of objects in three continents. The company started to invest into Russian objects three years ago. By the present moment hotels are constructed in Samara and Yaroslavl, the new project is started in Krasnoyarsk.
“If there is such possibility, our company would like to realise the similar investment project on hotel construction in Ufa,” Ali Perekli marked.
He said that the company realizes development with their own funds then transfers the object under management of hotel operators, thus remaining the owner of the hotel. It takes about two years to erect an object. While choosing the hotel project developers the company prefers local architects who know the city well and make projects according to local architectural features and national traditions.
“In 2015 we will spend SCO and BRICS Summits. It is very important for us to guarantee the success of this or that project which will be realised in the city till 2015,” Irek Yalalov underlined.
During the meeting the preliminary arrangement was reached that Kayi Group representatives would study the sites planned for hotels building. It is supposed that the subsequent visits of the company will be already of applied nature.
