For nine months of current year experts of the State Committee of Bashkortostan Republic on Trade and Consumer Protection considered 2030 complaints. It included 225 written, 80 oral complaints from citizens accepted during personal receptions, and 1728 consultations of consumers daily spent in the State Committee.
While complaints consideration various forms of work with consumers were used, for example, sending answers in the electronic form. The main share of complaints falls on the sphere of manufactured goods sale – 1286, services rendering and performance of works – 494, food commodities sale– 250.
As the State Committee press-service informs, during complaints consideration 1532 infringements were revealed, 1344 from them were voluntary remedied, that makes 87,7 % from total amount of the revealed infringements.
As a whole by results of work with business entities the cost of goods and services (works) of inadequate quality in the amount of 4 million 897 thousand roubles was returned to consumers.
