Bashkortostan President met with prize-winners of the All-Russia competition the «Best Innovative Region of Russia»

On Wednesday, October 3, the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov met with prize-winners of the All-Russia competition «Best Innovative Region of Russia», organised within the limits of V International Innovative Forum in St.-Petersburg.

The Bashkortostan team with the project of regional multipurpose scientific-innovative centre took an honourable third place at the competition. Following the results of the creative stage the team from Bashkortostan was recognised the best at the competition.

“I congratulate you on the victory. To occupy a prize-winning place in such prestigious competition is a victory too. Your project raised interest not only among representatives of expert community, but also among experts of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade RF, Rustem Khamitov addressed to bronze prize-winners of "innovative" All-Russia competition.

According to the director of the Territorial Innovation Centre of Bashkortostan Arthur Bogdanov, the project of multipurpose scientific-innovative centre RB will be recommended for inclusion into the federal program of regional development of the Ministry of Economic Development RF.

Besides, the creative project of Bashkortostan team was marked by Strategic Initiatives Agency (ASI) as the most perspective, from the point of view of strategy.

According to Arthur Bogdanov, now in the republic a variety of important directions develops. One of them is a pilot version of webportal www.businessbaza.ru – the project of Republican Online Centre of Subcontracting and Innovative Industrial Enterprises.

On the basis of the multipurpose centre the Marketing Support Centre, the Projects Commercialization Centre and Intellectual Property Protection Centre are now created.

According to experts, such uniting will allow to save the budgetary funds allocated for the maintenance of these as a matter of fact isolated centres.
