Bashkir parliamentarians intend to prohibit spreading of “laughing gas” in Republic
Deputies of State Council RB prepare the bill concerning prohibition of free sales of so called “laughing gas” – nitrous oxide – on the territory of the Republic.
“Till recently nitrous oxide was used only in medicine and industry” – the chairman of State Council RB Constantine Tolkachev says — “Now it is freely sold out during various youth evening parties and called “laughing gas”. Medics insist that regular use of this gas can result in the heaviest affection of organism, including affection of lungs and brain first of all. In this connection we made the decision to prepare a corresponding bill, prohibiting free sales of this gas in our Republic”.
