Limma Serjanina presents Bashkiria at the contest “Teacher of the Year Russia-2012”
A teacher of primary classes of Ufa lyceum N107 Limma Serjanina presents Republic of Bashkortostan at the final stage of the contest “Teacher of Year Russia-2012”. In 2012 she has become the absolute winner of the Republican pedagogical professional contest. Her length of teaching service is 12 years and she calls love in children the main aspect of her profession.
The contest “Teacher of the Year Russia-2012” is held in Lipetsk – the motherland of the last year winner, teacher of biology and natural history Alexei Ovchinnikov.
77 pedagogues from nearly all Russian regions, including 24 men, are taking part in the competition, held under the slogan “Teach and Learn”. The competitors have to demonstrate their presentations and conduct master-classes and open lessons.
The results of the first stage will be announced on September 28. On October 1 the jury, headed by the rector of the Moscow State University Viktor Sadovnichy, will determine the Top 5 of laureates and the winner of the main prize – “Big Crystal Pelican”, but his name will be announced only on the eve of the Teacher Day on October 3 at the solemn ceremony in Moscow.
