Interregional polygraph forum “TAMGA-2012” is opened in Ufa

Professional interregional gathering of polygraph industry specialists and publishers started working in Ufimski region RB today, September 13.

The deputy Minister for communication and mass communications RB Venera Khakimova reports that 50 of 229 Republican polygraph companies joined the forum. Their colleagues fr om more than 10 Russian regions are taking part in the forum’s work – from Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk and Orenburg regions, Tatarstan, Udmurtia, Chuvashia and other republics. During two days, on September 13 and 14, they will discuss the most actual problems, existing in the polygraph industry.

The forum’s program will be opened with the report to the subject “Competitive ability of Russian polygraph branch in terms of Russia’s joining WTO”, introduced by the president of the Interregional Association of Polygraph Workers (MAP) Boris Kuzmin. After that the first MAP vice-president Dmitry Zakirov will tell about requirements of modern polygraph business to quality of specialists. Further participants of the forum will discuss the totals of the last international exhibition of polygraph-paper and packaging industry, held in Dusseldorf, Germany: it is held once in four years and considered an important event in life of polygraph community. Several technical seminars will take place after lunch.

The conference “Polygraph industry of Bashkortostan as a part of Russian market of polygraph services: general part and peculiarities”, held under chairmanship of the deputy Minister for communication and mass communications RB Venera Khakimova and the president of the Association of polygraph specialists RB Rinat Shakurov, will take place on September 14. The results of the contest for the best polygraph enterprise will be announced after and further all participants of the gathering will take part in the final meeting, wh ere a resolution of the forum has to be collectively approved. Its text will be sent to the profiled ministries and departments for decision-making in accordance with recommendations of experts and opinion of the professional polygraph community.
