The President of Bashkiria is convinced: wages growth should run ahead inflation

Wages growth should essentially run ahead inflation. Such task was put to republican authorities by the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov.

According to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population RB, according to moderate-optimistic variant of the region development by 2015 the public-sector wages fund of the republic will grow in comparison with 2011 in 1,6 times – from 258,3 billion roubles to 412,7 billion roubles. In 2012 this figure will make nearby 288 billion roubles.

The monthly average wages in 2011 increased in comparison with 2010 by 12,3 percent — to 18397 roubles. By the end of 2012 the average salary will increase to 20495 roubles. In 2015 the size of the average salary will increase in comparison with 2011 in 1,59 times – to 29259 roubles.

The average public-sector wages in 2015 will grow in relation to 2011 in 1,75 times, and its ratio to the average ones in economics will increase from 79 percent to 87 percent.

As to inflation in 2012 it is predicted at the level of 4,8 percent, in 2013 — 6,2-7,3 percent, and in 2014-2015 will not exceed 4,9-5,9 percent.
