Now it is a high time for purchases but not on credit. Such conclusion can be made by results of sociological research by the All-Russia Public Opinion Research Centre (VTSIOM).
In July, 2012 the index of consumer trust reached the maximum value for the last two years — 49 points, it is said on the website of the centre. But Russians consider that the current period is less successful for credits – 34 points.
1600 people from 46 regions of Russia answered the questions to what extent it is favorable now to make large purchases and to be financed.
