The annual economy of budgetary funds due to transfer of state services into electronic type, by estimation, will make half-billion roubles in Bashkortostan. The Minister of Telecommunications RB Boris Melkoedov informed about it at the press conference in the newspaper «Komsomolskaya Pravda» office today.
It should be mentioned that regulations for state services use by citizens are simplified in Russia.
The new law allows citizens to save considerably their own time at applying for various state services, not to stand in queues to receive any document.
“By our calculations, about 18,5 million queries a year are carried out between the ministries and departments. Earlier all queries were collected by individuals. Now those documents which are not documents of personal storage, the state will exchange among its bodies”, Boris Melkoedov considers.
“It is early to say so far that the centre works in full force as a network of such centres should be created over the republic. They should be opened in the region till 2015”, the head of recently opened in Ufa RGAU «Multifunctional Centre of State and Municipal Services Granting» Ruslan Usmanov said at the meeting with journalists
Multifunctional Centre is a uniform centre of reception, registration and issuance of documents to citizens and legal bodies, carrying out the granting of state and municipal services by a principle of "a single window».
By words of Ruslan Usmanov, federal authorities plan to transfer all state services rendering to Russians to facilities of such multifunctional centres by 2015-2016.
