The semi-annual budget of Bashkiria is executed with surplus
Results of the budget implementation for the first half of the year 2012 are summed up in Bashkortostan. According to the republican Ministry of Finance, as of July 1, 71 billion 768,2 million roubles of incomes was received by the consolidated budget of the region, that for 10 percent exceeds the similar indicator of 2011. Expenses are financed in the volume of 64 billion 862,6 million roubles: it is for 19 percent more than the year before.
The main sources of tax and non-tax incomes which amounted to 56 billion 335,4 million roubles are the following: individual income tax – 17 billion 070,2 million, or 30,3 percent from the total sum of tax and non-tax incomes, company income tax – 15 billion 657,8 million (27,8 percent), excises – 7 billion 020,9 million (12,5), revenues from using the property which is in the state and municipal ownership – 5 billion 916,8 million (10,5), property tax – 5 billion 112,8 million (9,1). In comparison with the first half of the last year revenues from individual income tax increased by 2 billion 109,7 million roubles, or for 14,1 percent, from company income tax – by 898,9 million (6,1), excises – by 833,1 million (13,5), from total income tax — by 618,1 million (29,7). Revenues from state property use grew by 12,8 percent to 5 billion 916,8 million roubles. Revenues from state duty and property tax, on the contrary, decreased: by 358,2 million roubles or 60,6 percent, and accordingly by 195,1 million or 3,7 percent,.
In the structure of expenses the greatest relative share is occupied traditionally by a social component – 79,5 percent of all expenses, or 51 billion 573,2 million roubles. Thus almost half of all expenses of treasury — 33 billion of 045,0 million roubles is directed to subsidies for budgetary, independent establishments and other organisations in economic structure of expenses of the budget RB. 13 percent, or 8 billion 448,1 million roubles are spent for social transfers to the population (grants, pension supplements, scholarships etc.). 6 billion 744,1 million roubles (10,4 percent) were allocated for medical insurance of unemployed population and other interbudgetary transfers to the budget of Federal and Territorial fund of Obligatory Medical Insurance RB, and also the budget of the Pension fund of the Russian Federation for reimbursement, connected with preschedule pension award for jobless citizens.
The Bashkortostan Republic budget for January-June, 2012 is executed on revenues in the sum of 58 billion 934,3 million roubles (110,5 percent by the similar period of 2011), on expenses in the sum of 53 billion 659,2 million (122,7 percent).
