In Bashkortostan 80 percent of vacancies make blue-collar jobs for today. 20 percent from them are temporary jobs. The head of employment department at the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population Nikolay Solodovnikov informed about it at the online conference on the i-gazeta’s website.
Today in the market there is an oversupply of lawyers and economists, he ascertained. If for budgetary funds we train one expert then on a commercial basis five-six persons in addition graduate with the same speciality.
Also Nikolay Solodovnikov marked that if for citizens there is no suitable jobs, they are offered to undergo retraining for other careers in the Employment Centre.
The wages of 19 % of vacancies make 5,5-6 thousand roubles per month, 26 % — 6-10 thousand roubles, 20 % — 10-15 thousand, — he underlined. Wages of only 10 % of vacancies are related to average over the republic. It is not enough. Employers in this case should think it over. They should raise image of trades, if not by means of salary increase, but using other benefits.
