Ufa takes the eighth place in the list of cities of Russia on rise in prices for secondary housing for July. The average price per one square metre in the capital of Bashkiria makes 55340 roubles.
Moscow, St.-Petersburg, the Moscow Region, Nizhni Novgorod, Yekaterinburg, Primorye Territory and Yakutia are ahead of Ufa, the Association of Developers of Russia and the Union of Cost Engineers reports.
In a July rating of the primary real estate Ufa occupies the 13th place.
