Realisation of two priority investment projects in Blagovarsky region was estimated on July 12 by the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov. The head of the republic examined a construction progress of the pig complex in Dmitrievka village. Erection of the object with capacity of 700 thousand tons of pork in live weight will be carried out in two stages. On the first of them works will be conducted by «Bashkir Meat Company» LLC. The whole project is realised by the company "Razgulyai".
The first stone into the basis of the new enterprise was put in November last year, and the first credit agreements are already concluded in April this year.
The Republican Government recognized the object as an investment project one of these days. In total the complex will consist of 17 platforms. Five of them are reproduction shops, ten modules for fattening. Also building of a feed-milling plant and a premise for male pigs is planned. 320 thousand pigs can be contained in the complex simultaneously.
The President RB was told the total amount of the project financing – 11,5 billion roubles. These funds should be used within three years. Considerable investments are supposed in the infrastructure development. It is at least 30 km of highways and 80 km of gas pipelines. It is expected that within ten years the enterprise’s assessments to the republican budget will exceed five billions roubles. After running at full capacity in 2015 the quantity of the personnel will make 800 people. According to experts, since the project realisation Bashkortostan will essentially improve its indicators on pork manufacture. In 2009 the region took the ninth place in Russia, by 2015 it is planned to occupy the third place.
The republic will give certain privileges to this project. It concerns not only tax exemptions, but also assistance in infrastructure development, and subsidising under interest rates as the agrarian and industrial complex enterprise.
Besides, the President of Bashkortostan examined the construction progress of the Ufa selection-hybrid centre.
