For five months of current year Bashkir dairy producers made 137 thousand tons of whole-milk products, that is for 7,5 percent more comparing to the last year.
Experts are sure that it is a consequence of increase in milk manufacture by farmers of the region. Also indicators of milk processing enterprises proportionally went upwards.
Thus in the republic 2480 tons of butter (growth – 38 %), 4760 tons of cheese, 8215 tons of milk-powder (growth 46 %), 3274 tubas of the condensed milk (growth 37,6 %) are produced already. JSC «Dyurtyulinsky complex of dairy products» and JSC "Allat" increased manufacture of butter more than twice. JSC "Allat" and JSC «Belebeevsky dairy complex» are on the lead in production of cheese — plus 21-40 percent.
