The session of the Russian Association of Innovative Regions (AIRR) was devoted to a cluster policy. The event took place in Samara within the limits of inter-regional economic forum taking place there now.
Participants of the meeting defined directions of support and financing development of network of innovative territorial clusters in Russia. During the dialogue experts discussed issues how to form standard-legal and financial conditions to realise programs, and also to increase the economy competitiveness through cluster initiatives, the Association reports in its release.
As a reference source: AIRR was created in May, 2010 and unites for today 12 subjects of the Russian Federation. Bashkortostan was included in the structure of the Association in April, 2012.
