Analysts expect rise in prices for residential real estate in Ufa by the autumn. It will keep pace with inflation rate.
Increase of habitation cost is accounted for restoration after the economic crisis, and also deferred demand, the specialised Web-portal of land real estate markets «Zem.ru» reports. In addition there is a factor of finished habitation deficiency. In the Bashkir capital there are not enough new buildings, and geological features in many cases limit height of houses to 10-15 floors.
Many construction organisations mark that permissions to new constructions are issued with great difficulty. The city division into two parts by the river also brings several adjustments into developers’ activity.
We should remind that Ufa is included into number of leaders among regions of Russia at average cost of apartment houses construction in the real estate market. From the beginning of the year the rise in prices for new habitation made 10 percent. For June 10, average cost per one square metre of a new building over the city made 46,2 thousand roubles.
