The journal “Forbes” published the Top 30 of Russian cities, considered the most comfortable for business undertakings. “Forbes” makes such rating for the fourth time and for the first time Moscow and Saint-Petersburg were taking into account in it this year – they turned out to stand in the bottom of the list. Moscow is found on the 27th position and Saint-Petersburg – on the 29th. Cities with the lowest administrative pressure, tolerant tax officers and accessible finances are in the rating’s leaders.
The city of Sochi stands on the very top of the rating. Ufa and Chelyabinsk hold correspondingly the second and the third places.
Tyumen, Nizhniy Novgorod, Yekaterinburg, Makhachkala, Kazan, Ulan-Ude and Krasnodar are also found in Top 10 and Rostov-on-Don encloses the Top 30.
