The “Day of Beloretsk in Ufa”, devoted to the 250th anniversary of the town of metallurgists is held in Ufa Culture Palace “NEFTYANIK” today and the exhibition “Beloretsk: yesterday, today, tomorrow…”, located on the first floor of the Culture Palace, is dated to this event.
Exposition of JSC “Beloretsky metallurgical plant” keeps the central place at the exhibition.
The exposition of JSC “BELSTAL” also attracts attention of visitors. This is an investment project for construction of an ore mining-metallurgical center in Belorestky region. The general director of the plant under construction Ramil Bignov says the center will be located six kilometers from the ore-mining open pit. About 1,5 million tons of ore annually expected to be mined here. The first turn of the center will be put into exploitation in 2014. According to the first turn’s project the plant will produce 550 thousand tons of cast iron annually plus 450 tons of cement. The second turn will be launched in 2016. The project is included into the federal goal-oriented program for support of mono-towns and in accordance with it 79 million rubles from federal exchequer have already been allocated for development of town infrastructure.
Recreational abilities of local land are also widely demonstrated at the exhibition and its rich nature can be watched on the pictures and drawings of pedagogues and students of the art college of the town of Beloretsk. Alpine ski centers “Abzakovo” and “Mratkino”, sanatorium “Assy” and state natural South Ural reserve also show their stands here.
