Akmullah and its participants will talk about Slavic languages and culture, about their interaction, about cultural values of Slavs, their war history and religions.

For the reference: The Day of Slavic literature and culture is celebrated in Russia since 1986. The idea to restore all-national celebration of the memory of the saints Cyril and Methodius was born in Russia in 1985, when Slavic nations celebrated the 1100th anniversary from the day of death of saint Methodius, archbishop of Pannonia and Moravia. The works of these great enlighteners have become the common property of all Slavs, thus laying down the foundation of their moral and mental development.
