Since the beginning of 2012 Bashkir bailiffs have expelled 61 foreign citizens from Russia mainly because of violation of the mode of residence on the territory of Russian Federation. The court ascertained that the foreign citizens evaded departure from Russia on the expiry of the target date, having no permissive documents.
At present time 74 foreign citizens, including nine women, are found in the Republican custody. They are mainly the citizens of former Soviet republics – Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan. Citizens of other foreign countries are also present in this list.
