Presentation of new services, offered by the Russian Register and connected with supplying information on immovable property and deals with this property, taken from the unified state register, has taken place in the Ministry for economic development of Russian Federation, the press-service of the Federal Cadastre Chamber in Bashkortostan reported. More than 100 representatives of various federal agencies, the biggest private corporations, public professional communities and Russian regions have taken part in the presentation.
The deputy director of the State Register Sergey Sapelnikov demonstrated new opportunities of the Register’s internet portal and gave rather interesting statistics of electronic interaction with the portal. According to his information Republic of Bashkortostan has become the absolute leader among other users in 2011. At that dozens millions appeals have been submitted to the State Register in 2011. The share of e-appeals has amounted to one million and a half.
By the end of this year the access to information of the unified state register in online mode will be fully opened. This service will be chargeable: from 500 rubles for 100 immovable property objects to 560 thousand rubles for 2,5 million objects. The last information can be interesting for realtors in opinion of Sergey Sapelnikov.
42 Russian regions will receive full access beginning from July 2012 and federal agencies – already in April. At present time only officials of Moscow and Rostov regions may use this service in test mode.
