Ufa stands in the list of Russian cities with the cheapest internet in the country. 1megabit/sec costs just 34 rubles here. The capital of Bashkortostan stands only behind Moscow and Saint-Petersburg with the cost of 1megabit at 31 rubles and also behind Voronezh – 32 rubles. This is the information, taken from the traditional “Yandex” information bulletin about development of internet in Russia on the end of 2011.
The authors of the investigation note that the cost of internet access drops every year with simultaneous growth of data transference speed.
