Delegation of Netherlands, including pedagogues from STOAS University and business people, headed by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Netherlands in Russian Federation Ronald Keller, has paid a visit to Bashkir State Agrarian University (BGAU), the press-center of the University reported.
Within the frames of the visit members of the delegation had a talk to BGAU leadership. Both parties have underscored the actuality of interaction between scientists, authority and business in sphere of agriculture.
The matter also was deliveries of modern Dutch equipment and machinery and exchange of students between Netherlands and Russia.
Talking about students Ronal Keller has mentioned that “today’s students are our future, those people, who can become leaders in a certain period of time so it is important for them to become citizens of the world. They must have world experience of communication and we have to provide them with all opportunities for studies and probation periods abroad. We have to work up education programs jointly”.
BGAU already has certain experience of cooperation with Holland. Bashkir State Agrarian University works with STOAS more than 10 years: about 50 BGAU students have become bachelors there.
After negotiations the guests examined Bashkir State Agrarian University. A member of “Plus for Progress” (the company, introducing innovational technologies for precision farming) Rene Crammers has shared his impressions: “We are happy to visit your University and watch such readiness for cooperation. You have plenty of active students, able to make the knowledge they possess a reality, including foreign countries” – he said.
