460 million rubles will be allocated for young families in 2012

1562 young families will be able to improve their living conditions in Bashkortostan in 2012. 460 million rubles will be allocated from republican budget for that – 238 million rubles more than in 2011. Besides, federal budget will transfer 283 million rubles, the deputy Minister for youth policy and sport RB Ruslan Gizatullin reported today.

He called solution of housing problem one of the key goals in Republican youth policy.

The Republican program for support of young families, approved in 2003, gave young people a chance to acquire housing at much lower prices. 12974 young couples have taken advantage of this right. The total volume of financing for this program amounted to 2 billion 196,2 million rubles in 2003-2011 (including 779 million, appropriated by federal exchequer).

At the same time housing problem still remains one of the most urgent in spite of all measures undertaken, the deputy Minister stated. 28975 young families stand in the program’s queue for today.

“Nonetheless Ministry for youth policy and sport RB jointly with other profiled agencies continue searching for the ways to improve living conditions of young families and young specialists” – Ruslan Gizatullin stated.
